2007-08 Season Ticket Holders and current UNC Charlotte Students are eligible and automatically entered into
the 49er Pride Rewards Program. To make sure your email address is current or if you are interested in season

2. How do I get counted each game?
Every student’s ticket is assigned a unique bar code. When that ticket gets scanned upon entrance to the arena, the student’s
account is credited with attendance for that game. Likewise, every season ticket has a bar code that is assigned to a season ticket account.
When that ticket or hard card is scanned upon entrance to the arena, the season ticket account is credited with attendance for that game.
3. When can I pick up my reward?
Rewards will be picked up at the 49er Pride Rewards Program kiosk in the main concourse at Halton Arena. This kiosk will be
staffed for every home game in order to distribute rewards and to answer questions one might have of the program. You can begin
to pick up your rewards at the first home game after you have qualified for a certain reward. For example when you attend your
seventh home game you have qualified for a 49er Pride Rewards T-Shirt. At the next home game you will be on the list of people
that have attended seven games and be able to pick up your reward. If you do not attend the next home game it will be on the
list for the next home game that you do attend.
4. What games qualify for the 49er Pride Rewards Program?
There are a total of 19 games that are part of the first year program. All 16 regular season men’s home basketball
games and three select women’s home basketball games will count towards the rewards program. The men’s exhibition
game (a 20th game) will serve as a “bonus” game that will only count for you if you attend, but not against you
if you do not.
5. How can I find out how many points I have?
Fans can check their point total by going to www.49erpriderewards.com and clicking on the leaderboard tab in order to check how many points they have currently earned. The leaderboard will be updated the day after every one of the 20 qualifying games so that you can keep up with your status. 6. How do I pick up my reward if I qualify for a reward on the last game of the season?
Since it will not be until the next day that qualifying status is recorded, all fans that qualify on the
last game of the season may pick up their reward at the ticket office during normal business hours. 7. What if I can’t make it to the game?
The rewards program is designed to reward attendance and frequency of attendance. It is important for tickets
to not only be bought by season ticket holders but also for those tickets to actually be used and for someone to
occupy that seat in Halton Arena in order to improve the game atmosphere and make Halton Arena one of the toughest
places to play in the country. Because of that, we encourage you to find someone to use your game ticket when
you are unable to attend. Your account will be credited if that ticket is used, even if you are personally unable to
use it. You will benefit by increasing your point total towards a reward and the school will benefit by a bigger
crowd and greater atmosphere. Season ticket holders have online access to view, print and/or transfer tickets
at www.ticketreturn.com. 8. Do I have to buy a season ticket to attend the designated women’s games?
No. All students get a free ticket by presenting their student ID at the ticket office prior to the women’s games
(similar to soccer and volleyball ticket distribution). Students can find more information on student ticketing
at www.ticketreturn.com/49ers. All men’s basketball season ticket holders will receive a free ticket
for each of the designated women’s games corresponding to the number of season tickets purchased. These women’s
basketball tickets will be mailed within the men’s basketball season ticket package and must be the ones used for
correct point recording to your account. If interested in purchasing tickets for other women’s basketball games,
call the 49ers Ticket Office at 704-687-4949.
9. Can I come to another women’s game instead if I can’t make one of the designated games?
We certainly encourage all our fans to attend all of our games, but for purposes of the rewards program, only the three designated
women’s games will count towards the 49er Pride Rewards Program this year. As with men’s games, if you cannot personally
attend the game we encourage you to find someone that can use your ticket.
10. How do I get my 49er Pride Rewards card and what does the card get me?
The 49er Pride Rewards card can be picked up at the ticket office during normal business hours and during all home
games at the 49er Pride Rewards kiosk. You can click on the Rewards Sponsors link on www.49erpriderewards.com
to see what companies are offering discounts to owners of the card. Some may require you show your card to take advantage of their offer.
We encourage you to patronize these “business partners” and thank them for their support of the program. Check the link
often as additional partners will be added throughout the season.
11. How does a company become a 49er Pride Rewards program sponsor?
Almost any company or business can become a partner of the 49er Pride Rewards program. There are a minimal number of “category
exclusive” partners that might prohibit some companies or businesses. If you know of any company or business that has
or might have interest in becoming a part of the 49er Pride Rewards program please have them contact James McCoy of Signature

12. Why am I receiving a lot of emails from companies and businesses?
One of the ways the 49er Pride Rewards Program was able to launch this year was due to financial support from the business
community. One way for these businesses to realize some of their investment is the opportunity to direct e-mail the very
fan base they are supporting. These emails will come directly from the UNC Charlotte Athletic Department and NOT the
business. They will NOT have your e-mail address for themselves. All emails will come from UNC Charlotte. Again, we
encourage you to patronize these business partners as the future success of the Rewards Program depends on their
financial support.
13. What if I lose my 49er Pride Rewards Card?
You can go to the ticket office during business hours to get a replacement card. Your account will still be credited in the normal
manner of your ticket being scanned.
14. What if I attended a game and didn’t get my ticket scanned?
It will be your responsibility to make sure you get your ticket scanned for every game that you attend in order
to receive credit. There will be no credit assigned to an account after the fact. This is a necessary policy
to ensure consistency.
15. What T-shirt sizes are available for the 49er Pride T-Shirt?
Sizes for the t-shirt will range from adult Small through Adult 2XL. There will also be a select number of t-shirts
for youths sized S-M-L. The earlier you earn your t-shirt will help guarantee you get the exact size that you want.
